Closing Supervisor

The Closing Supervisor contributes to the store primarily by leading a positive customer experience, ensuring Team productivity, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, has strong communication skills, and takes initiative.

The role could be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate. The typical schedule includes 2 weekday closing shifts (ending at 8:15) per week and 2 weekend closing shifts (ending at 6:15 with later hours through the summer) with the occasional weekend off.

Any applicants should have supervisory experience in a similar retail environment. Wage is based on experience.

Duties:
-Completes daily walkthroughs and ensuring a high quality of retail execution
-Completes closing checklists
-Monitors and follows up with Team responsibilities and tasks
-Supports cashiers with warranties, pricing, cash pickups, etc
-Mentors new employees
-Communicates observations with the Management Team
-Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures
-Other tasks as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
