Position Overview
As a Club Storage Supervisor at Cabot Cape Breton, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of golf Club Storage services, ensuring a seamless experience for our golfing guests. Your role involves supervising a team of attendants, coordinating the storage and retrieval of golf clubs, and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail is crucial as you organize club sets, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service to golfers. You will ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the Club Storage area, handle guest inquiries and special requests, and work closely with the golf operations team. Your leadership skills, organizational abilities, and dedication to enhancing the guest experience will contribute significantly to Cabot Cape Breton's reputation for exceptional golf services, ensuring golfers receive top-notch care for their equipment, leaving them with a positive and memorable impression of their visit.

- Customer Service: Take satisfaction in providing excellent customer service to club members and guests, ensuring their golf equipment needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Enjoy organizing and managing golf Club Storage facilities, keeping track of members' equipment, and ensuring efficient retrieval and storage processes.
- Attention to Detail: Find in paying close attention to members' specific preferences, ensuring their golf clubs are cleaned, stored, and presented accurately and neatly.
- Team Leadership: Take pleasure in leading and motivating a team of Club Storage attendants, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Golf Knowledge: Have an interest in golf and golf equipment, enjoying conversations with members about their equipment preferences and being knowledgeable about different golf club brands and models.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma
- Must possess a valid Class 4 driver’s licence and provide a clear driver’s abstract; ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
Requirements of the role you should be aware of:
- Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years.
- As a seasonal resort business, you can anticipate a schedule that will involve day, evening, night, and weekend work.
- Spending long hours moving around, walking, sitting, standing, and crouching while performing other duties
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and otherwise moving luggage, golf clubs and objects up to 50 lb
