CNC Programmer

Your duties :
We are looking for a CAD/CAM/CNC programmer for a manufacturing company in Laval. Position 40 hours per week, permanent contract, full-time.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Program or modify CAD/CAM programs for CNC machines and routers via Mastercam (and IMS)
- Plan tool modifications on turning and milling machines
- Less frequently, program other equipment such as folding machines and lasers
- Interpret and read technical drawings
- Support production and quality teams on the floor
- Suggest improvements to manufacturing processes
- Other related tasks

Your professional skills :
- Be rigorous and precise
- Knowledge and ability to use Mastercam and/or FeatureCam software
- Excellent knowledge of CNC router and lathe programming
Your profile :
- DEP - DEC in machining or industrial engineering
- 3 to 5 years' experience in machining and cutting parts
- Knowledge of solidworks (an asset)
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings
- Salary: 60-75k + Bonus
- 3 weeks vacation + RRSP
