What you'll do

This role is located in our Vernon BC office location.
We are looking for team-oriented Co-op students who demonstrates strong research, analytical, stakeholder engagement
and problem-solving skills. As a member of one of BC Hydro’s business unit teams, candidates will be responsible for
supporting various analytical and day to day operational projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- This position assists the Customer Experience and Business Operations Team. Activities may include: conducting
review; drafting reports and findings; and supporting operational teams, as needed.
- The student will learn about the utility industry and be given the opportunity to develop skillsets in the following areas:
project operation management in a fast paced dynamic environment, developing analytical/strategic thinking, and problem
solving.
What you bring
- To qualify as a candidate, individual's must be enrolled in the Co-op Program and have yet to graduate from a recognized
- Strong research, analytical, operations and people management, report writing and presentation skills
- Experience and interest in customer experience/business analysis process and operation management, as well as
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint).
