- Compiling automatic call distribution (ACD) data for all inbound queues for daily service results completion
- Creating, allocating, and distributing weekly schedule runs for the contact centre in eWFM
- Manage daily fluctuations in staffing and customer call trends in effort to meet assigned service level targets.
- Analyze reports and address concerns
- Assist in maintaining a professional looking centre and contact appropriate vendors to make repairs as needed.
- Create and update agent identification numbers for CCD (Purolator application), Ring Central (coming in 2022), security system and other applicable data bases.
- Modification of center base schedule in eWFM to ensure adequate coverage for training, vacation and planned absenteeism.
- Support Contact Centre objectives
- Support company policy and procedures.
- Support ISO procedures
- Support Purolator core strategies and demonstrate Purolator values
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with automated work force scheduling software
- Need 6 months in current role
- Primary consideration of candidates that have supervisory/managerial experience
- Understanding of contact center staffing and scheduling principles
- Must possess strong leadership skills and be a team player
- Must possess strong organizational , communications and problem solving skills
- Be able to work under high pressure situations
