The objective of hiring this Coaching Consultant is to optimize the value of the coaching and research carried out as part of the pilot project in question, as well as of the deliverables it produces.
- Pilot project background
- The project’s aims are to research the benefits of Executive Function (EF)/ADHD coaching as an accommodation for employees with ADHD
- The Project Lead, a trained EF/ADHD coach, will provide 12 1-hour coaching sessions to employee participants, and conduct surveys with them before and after participation in the coaching program
- In carrying out this program, the Project Lead will develop new approaches to facilitating this kind of coaching in the workplace, and design relevant EF/ADHD coaching resources
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of coaching experience
- Experience with the Public Service
- Reliability Clearance
- Contract goes until March 31, 2024
These will include:
- Mentor coaching with the Project Lead during the execution of the coaching program,
- Contribution of expertise and assistance to support the participant recruitment process, the development of the coaching program and related materials, the design of participant questionnaires, and the completion of the final research report.
