We are currently seeking a COE Specialist - Automation Implementation to join our team in Montreal, Quebec (CA-QC), Canada (CA).
Day to Day / Job Function:
- Plan and align Deploy ongoing opportunity analysis processes, standards, and guidelines for determining potential ROI.
- Perform ongoing risk assessments.
- Create and maintain an organizational design strategy and operating model.
- Maintain and run CoE functions to have Executive buy-in and funding.
- Drive within the C-Suite for Intelligent Automation programs
- Program manager responsible for securing a smooth adoption of Intelligent Automation within the company.
- Someone who evangelizes and drives intelligent automation adoption across the organization.
- Critical initiatives such as intelligent automation that will affect the entire organization by solving an enterprise problem.
- Defined ROI and KPIs that can be used to verify benefits.
- Collaboration in an iterative process capable of evolving over time.
- Commitment to implement new best practices.
- Defined needs - such as a roadmap of workflows throughout the organization
- Sets up and maps solution to a specific environment.
- Builds the solution, promotes to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production
- Perception that the work of COE is supported by executive management.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Development/Support experience on Automation implementations
- Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with development teams preferred.
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Systems implementation, Business analysis
