SalaryAre you passionate about the Collision industry and have a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy assessing vehicle damages? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! CARSTAR Manotick is seeking a dedicated and skilled Collision Damage Appraiser to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damages.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, policyholders, and provide accurate appraisal information.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports and documentation for insurance claims.
- Keep up-to-date with insurance guidelines and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in appraisals.
- Utilize computer software and industry-specific tools to complete appraisal tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Collision Estimating.
- Possess a valid Class G driver's license.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to insurance guidelines and policies.
