Responsibilities and Duties
Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the shop.

· Auto body repair and refinishing expertise
· Estimating skills are an asset
· Strong communication skills
· Disciplined approach to achieving success
· Technical knowledge and passion for auto body and mechanical repair is an asset
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Salary to be discussed during the interview process based on experience.
Desired Experience:
- Auto Body Repair: 5-10 years
- Experience with MPI business rules
- Autobody Industry Experience
- Experience with Mitchell Software is an asset
- Leadership experience
- Management experience
Education:
- Secondary School (Required)
