A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Communicates with various branches regarding the submission of field reports and combustion services.
- Prepares formal combustion reports for clients and internal use.
- Consults with PTW branches regarding the field codes and environmental emissions.
- Reports to the management regarding combustion service performance of each Branch.
- Recommends improvements and upgrades regarding the combustion equipment and service.
- Performs a variety of business administration duties.
- Performs all combustion services duties and attends to all the needs in the field.
- Complies with standards and procedures of the PTW Health and Safety Manual and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Preference given to those with gas fitting ticket or those who are willing to attain a gas fitting ticket immediately.
- Strong understanding of the practical and theoretical concepts of combustion.
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (ability to understand EPA standards)
- Must be familiar with field combustion equipment and its uses.
- Must be familiar with combustion services in the gas industry.
- Preference given to those with environmental experiences.
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Proven ability to work well with a team is essential
- Must be able to pull a trailer
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Travel is required for this role
- Must have valid class 5 driver's license, or equivalent.
