Commercial Banker Vice President - Middle Market Banking

Our Bankers are required to have deep working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions. Our strongest Bankers have a methodical approach to the market activity and prospecting. We deliver locally and therefore our ideal candidate has deep local connections and market knowledge.
Job Responsibilities

• Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies

Job Qualifications

• Seven years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners

Preferred Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred
• Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
• Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative

En tant que banquier au sien du groupe entreprise marché intermédiaire, votre rôle est d'être le point central pour les efforts d'acquisition de nouveaux clients et gérer des relations continues avec les clients existants; les banquiers travaillent de manière indépendante et en équipe pour présenter nos solutions complètes aux clients.

Responsabilités

• Promouvoir une culture d'innovation et un état d'esprit centré sur le client
• Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur pour identifier les opportunités d'innovation ou de partenariats stratégiques
• Trouver des moyens d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'infrastructure technique existante grâce à l'automatisation tout en adoptant les opportunités innovantes offertes par les nouvelles technologies

Qualifications professionnelles

• Sept ans d'expérience dans le domaine du financement ou support au crédit, avec une attention particulière portée aux relations avec les entreprises
• Une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requise
• Expérience démontrée dans la réalisation ou le dépassement des objectifs de vente
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer, hiérarchiser, travailler sous pression et respecter des délais serrés
• Solides compétences interpersonnelles et d'influence, avec la capacité d'établir une crédibilité et une collaboration avec les partenaires séniors commerciaux et de contrôle

Capacités et compétences requises

• Baccalauréat et formation formelle au crédit
• Gestion des ventes, compétences en développement commercial, maîtrise de l'établissement et du maintien de relations positives avec les clients
• Des capacités de solutionnement créatif solide, de résolution de problèmes, une flexibilité face à l'évolution des priorités commerciales et une capacité à faire plusieurs choses à la fois
