The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in all aspects of commercial business, including fleet insurance, contractors, retail, and hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the customer experience with policy changes, endorsements, claims and other client inquires in support of a terrific team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Completing certificates of insurance and presenting to client and/or certificate holders
  
• Completing building evaluations using ITV, Douglas Cost Guide, BVS
  
• Compiling proposals of insurance and premium breakdown at the request of Account Managers
  
• Oversee Tractor Protect program in its entirety
  
• Policy changes - remitting/portal change, following up, reporting to Account Managers should any concerns arise
  
• Policy transactions as required

Qualifications Required

• RIBO License in good standing preferred
  
• CAIB or progressing towards CAIB designation is an asset
  
• Proficient computer skills
  
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
