We pay you above the industry average, $25+/hour. Hero Maid Cleaning is a growing commercial cleaning company that services dental clinics, doctor’s offices, professional buildings, and construction companies, throughout the Cowichan Valley. We started through a friendly acquisition, when an owner of an exterior cleaning/ lawn maintenance company purchased the commercial cleaning division from his 2 partners. We provide reliable, comprehensive, daily cleaning to businesses who count on having sanitized, clean environments for their clientele and for the professionals who work there. We are driven by two complimentary principles: love for our clients and love for our employees.
Responsibilities
- On-site cleaning at 4-6 office/commercial cleaning sites each evening, working with another team member.
- Detailed, conscientious, and efficient cleaning.
- With your partner(s) work as team to accomplish great results at each site.
- Reaching “Gold Star” status with each client.
- Attend company operations meetings (huddles).
- Communication with management regarding the needs of each client you service.
- Report daily via software.
- Properly care for equipment, supplies, and company vehicle.
Job Requirements
- Ability to hustle on your feet for 4-8 hours.
- A lifestyle conducive to working on the evening Monday through Friday.
- Physically fit enough to: get up and down stairs, lift 30 lbs, get down on your knees or in a squat position frequently through a shift.
- Must have a valid BC drivers license.
- Due to client security you will be required to complete a background check.
