Commercial Construction Site Super

Jumec Construction is currently seeking a Site Superintendent for Commercial/Industrial General Contracting. The ideal candidate would have the following:

· Minimum of 5 years working in commercial/institutional construction as a Site Superintendent

· Oversee day to day operations and coordinate subcontractors

· High attentiveness to detail and knowledgeable on construction standards

· Drivers License

· WHMIS

· Working at Heights

· English – written and verbal. French is an asset

· Basic Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe)

The Site Superintendent will provide support to the project manager in planning and preparing construction schedules, meeting milestones and monitoring progress on various projects, establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, prepare reports, as well as supervise all aspects of site safety.

Salary is to be determined based on experience. Benefits package available.
