As a Commercial Garage Door Technician Helper, you will work alongside experienced technicians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Garage Doors. Responsibilities

• Support senior technicians in installing residential and Commercial Garage Doors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in the routine maintenance activities for Commercial Garage Door systems, including lubrication, adjustments and inspections.
• Work with technicians to identify and troubleshoot issues with Garage Door systems, providing necessary support during repairs.
• Handle and organize tools, equipment and materials required for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, answering basic queries and providing assistance as directed by senior technicians.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of overhead doors, sectionals, rolling steel, high speed or specialty doors would be considered an asset.
• Valid G driver's license is a must.
