```Duties```
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property management department
- Liase with Finance team to ensure timely invoicing and collection of rents
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Draft letters, memos, and correspondence to tenants, contractors and consultants and manage follow-ups
- Manage records, update and maintain filing system, track work orders and follow-up with service providers
- Update and maintain master schedules for property maintenance (monthly and annually)
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
- Prepare various reports, summaries, update budgets/expenses, and schedules
- Liaise with property management staff for updates and property management issues
- Assist with responses to RFP's and bid proposals
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent administrative skills, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common reports and contracts
- A professional approach in response to inquiries or complaints from clients, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and clients
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and others)
- A valid driver's license, as the role requires the use of a personal vehicle, and occasional after hours 'on-call' duties

Salary: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
