SalaryAs a Coveo Instructional Designer, you’ll work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of individuals who are as passionate as you are! Your expertise in developing pedagogically sound, interactive, engaging, and effective training material will be key to enhance our employees, customers, and partners’ experience.

The team :The Global Enablement team at Coveo is responsible for technical and commercial onboarding, skill development, and the continuing education of employees, customers, and partners. This can include every step of the go-to-market cycle, from pre-sales and sales to implementation, product training, and account management. The team produces appropriate and scalable content, delivering learner-centric enablement experiences that have an impact on our customers’ success and the company’s growth.
Your key responsibilities :- Work closely with SMEs to develop primarily internal onboarding and enablement learning material that is both engaging and meets business objectives.
- Work closely with other enablement team members to understand the audience, their priorities, and what's been working (or not!) in their current enablement.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis, recommend learning strategies and blended learning approaches, as well as appropriate activities to achieve learning objectives.
- Create materials in a variety of delivery formats for new and existing courses and programs.
- Analyze learning material consumption and feedback data to help prioritize ongoing enhancement.
- Create, and help stakeholders create, courses in our homegrown LMS (Level Up).
- A bachelor’s degree (or any higher diploma) in instructional design, educational technology or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in instructional design with a particular focus on the creation of materials for customer-facing and sales teams such as instructor- and facilitator-led training. Show us you understand how commercial teams learn and best consume content!
- Experience with typical learning technologies and tools for audio/video recording and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition, Camtasia), visual editing (Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop), animation (Adobe After Effects), course creation (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise and Storyline, PowerPoint) and content management using an LMS.
- Strong communication skills (you know how to explain complex concepts in a clear and intuitive way) and you love sharing ideas with others.
- You can explain why adult learning is different.
- You use Bloom’s Taxonomy to create learning objectives and assess.
- You have experience managing projects - you’ll have to handle projects from planning to deployment - and using Agile methodologies.
- You have experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana.
