The iA Financial Group Digital Marketing and Communications Centre of Excellence supports the organization in a range of strategic projects. We create promotional and informational websites, digital advertising campaigns, graphic design projects, printed media, Communications and brand management strategies, user experience projects, social media strategies, videos, magazines, brochures, newsletters, contests, events and many more exciting projects.
Our friendly, high-performance team is looking for a Communications and Digital Marketing Project Manager.

In collaboration with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the production of a variety of projects. Your role is crucial and will include developing trusting relationships with partners, all while ensuring that deliverables are of high quality and on time.
More specifically, you will:
• Be the point of contact between partners and the production team
• Help partners prioritize their requests
• Gather, analyze and synthesize the needs of partners
• Support and advise partners as their projects are being implemented
• Draft clear briefings and share them with the production team
• Facilitate project kick-offs and follow-up meetings
• Solicit expert support in order to execute projects
• Help the production team with their requests and answer their questions
• Create and monitor requests using Jira software
• Maintain the consistency of all partner requests
• Keep partners updated as their projects are being worked on
• Ensure rigorous project management
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to scope
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Make sure the brand image and the team’s expertise are respected

Profile
• Relevant training
• Over five years of relevant experience in project management, digital projects or communication
• Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written due to frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada
• Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of JIRA (asset)
• Agency experience (asset)
