About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Porter Services and under the direction of the Team Leader, the Communications Clerk receives, prioritizes and dispatches calls and booking requests that require a porter. The Communications Clerk is responsible for transmitting information to onsite porters via computer aided communication and dispatching equipment.

About You

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Grade 12/GED required
  • One year related experience required
  • Demonstrated data entry/computer skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Workplace Hazardous Material Information System preferred
  • Competencies in other languages an asset; French preferred

Hours

  • Permanent, full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$20.09 - $21.91 Hourly
