Community Housing Maintenance Students

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Maintenance Student will be responsible for the property maintenance, cleanliness and general custodial duties to the Community Housing portfolio. The Maintenance Student will assist with grass cutting, landscaping duties, repairs to patios, garbage handling, painting, Pick-ups and deliveries, and other general custodial and maintenance duties. We are currently hiring students to work in Pembroke, Renfrew and Arnprior locations.

:

· Enrolment in University or College program.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Must provide CSA approved safety boots/footwear.

· Valid driver license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

· Must obtain and maintain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $16.55 per hour
