• Have strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Are skilled in sponsorship processing, execution, and evaluation.
• Can build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Have strong organizing and event planning skills.
• Display leadership through continuous learning/development of self and support others by actively sharing knowledge, providing guidance, mentoring, training, and supporting developmental opportunities.

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, like Business or Social Sciences, and one to three years’ experience in event planning, sponsorship, fundraising, marketing, project management, or another relationship-building role.This role requires possession of a valid driver’s license.
