He is looking for a new Compliance Quality QMS Manager in Toronto (GTA).
Job Description
- Lead the development of Quality System Manual, policies, processes, standards, and systems.
- Oversee team members to ensure continuous Quality System enhancements and compliance auditing.
- Develop and maintain Quality Management System aligned with industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO 9001, OHAS 18001, ISO 26262).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and enhance process and product quality.
- Manage audit program to rectify nonconformities and ensure independent verification.
- Update in-house systems, procedures, and documentation for external certification bodies.
- Coach and develop a high-performing Compliance team, driving continuous improvement.
- Set department KPIs for optimized departmental output.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
