Kellys Computer Works seeks a qualified, energetic and able-bodied individual to add to their team as a permanent full time network technician. This individual will be responsible for in-store and on-site repair of computers and related peripherals. This person will also be responsible for network an server management, and must have previous experience with firewalling, switching, cabiling infrastructure, VLANs and other business network management roles. They must be adept at dealing with customers both in person and on the telephone on a daily basis. KCW is an extremely busy and fast paced environment that requires quick thinking. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
Qualified applicants will have 1-2 years experience dealing with the public in a sales or service setting and a 2 year diploma in Computer Systems Technology, or a combination of equivalent experience and education. A Valid Class 5 drivers license (Abstract Required) and criminal record check is required. Consideration will only be given to Canadian Residents.
