We would like to find hard-working individuals, who want to be part of a growing and developing business. Pay would range hourly between $22 - $35 per hour, depending on expertise and experience.

Jr. Concrete Floor Coating Technician: While experience can definitely be helpful, no experience is required, we are willing and able to teach the right person. If you are self- motivated, hard-working, professional and friendly individuals who are willing to learn and develop new skills, you will excel in this role.
Lead Concrete Floor Coating Technician: If you have experience with leadership capabilities and experience training and managing crew, this position is for you. Problem-solving skills and great communication are a must. Knowledge and experience about concrete floor coating is required. Certifications are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and operations to ensure a total understanding of the job scope
- Operate tools required for coating application
- PPE is provided and use is required, including uniforms
- Clear communication with clients, sales team and operations
- Driving company’s truck + trailer (Class 5 Required)
- Taking pictures of all projects
Requirements
· CRM experience is a bonus
· Punctuality
· Construction experience is an asset

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Long shift as needed
- Part-time available
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend as needed
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Trade Certifications a bonus (Students welcome)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 50 per week
