Concrete Finisher

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid G class driver’s license.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the concrete industry
• Speak, read, and write English
• Use of personal mobile device for communication, time and project tracking.
• Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months (If you desire Full time 12 month work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard
• Lead the execution of construction projects, planning requirements for labor, equipment and materials to ensure completion of project(s) on time, on budget and on scope.
• Provide training to new team members
• Communicate effectively with clients, team and project managers alike
• Maintain the policies for dress code and safety with the team to build a professional culture and environment.
