Concrete Foreman

H&H Construction is currently recruiting for experienced, motivated, and reliable Concrete Forman.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications and current construction practices
• 3 years minimum foreman’s experience with Concrete Works
• Will be reporting to a Superintendent
• Must have leadership, planning and motivational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise crew in all works of concrete ( sidewalks, curbs, gutters)
• Safety- maintain safe and compliant worksites for all workers in accordance with company safety policies and legislation
• Complete required documentation including hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and inspections.
• Quality- previous experience as laborer and cement finisher
• Ability to ensure work is being done correctly to specifications and standards.
• Other position related tasks as required
• Mentor and train new and returning workers
