Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure proper texture and appearance
- Assist with the installation of reinforcing materials, such as rebar
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
Skills:
- Must know how to screed concrete
-Must know how to professionally finish concrete with hand tools and power trowel machine
-Must know how to grade concrete with a rake and be strong enough to push concrete in a wheel barrel
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratley
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
