In this position, you'll assist with various tasks related to ICF foundations, framing, and exterior finishing, helping to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and other team members with ICF foundations, framing, and exterior finishing tasks.
- Perform general labor duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Support the team in meeting project deadlines and objectives.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and respect for colleagues and supervisors.
