ServiceMaster Restore is an insurance restoration company seeking an individual to fill the position of Project Manager for the construction division.
The Individual
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be a self-starter.
- Have a high degree of personal integrity.
- The position requires a mature, experienced CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER with well developed people and project management skills.
- Project administration, decision-making and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal), and leadership abilities.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as PROJECT MANAGER as well as other aspects of construction management including cost estimating
- Xactimate and Encircle training
- Direct project management of CONSTRUCTION PROJECTs $5M - $50M and greater and estimating
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
- For this position the company is offering $60 - $90 salary depending on experience with benefits package.
