Consultant Care Representative - Canada

Norwex Canada is currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of a English Customer Service Representative. If you are an energetic, versatile, detail-oriented person with experience in Customer Service who excels at working independently and in a team environment, this job is for you!

The Customer Service Representative will offer support for questions that come in.

• Answer phone calls
• Process Claims for missing or damaged products
• Provide Support relating to Account maintenance

Address, phone, & email changes
Order Tracking
Order Placement

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Competent administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a full-time position. Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
