The Customer Service Representative will offer support for questions that come in.
- Answer phone calls
- Process Claims for missing or damaged products
- Provide Support relating to Account maintenance
Address, phone, & email changes
Order Tracking
Order Placement
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
