What is the Accenture Apprenticeship Program?

The program provides mentorship, formal learning, on-the-job training, and on-going coaching to help build skills with the opportunity to advance into a career with Accenture.


An “earn and learn” program providing:

  • Salary, training, and real-world experience

  • Coaching to build skills at the entry-level position and advance your career.

  • A full-time, year long position with an opportunity to be retained at the end of the program.

Focused on candidates:

  • Non-Bachelor's degree or has obtained a certificate or Associate's degree

  • Re-skillers seeking to enter an industry unrelated to their previous work experience.


The work:

  • Work closely with clients to learn how their business is working today.

  • Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve business processes.

  • Join your teammates to dive into consulting projects, deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients.

  • Check out different cloud technologies that may be a good solution for the client’s need.

  • Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers.

  • Manage projects like a pro, tracking status, timeline, costs, and delivery.


Job Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus points if you:

  • Can look at problems both analytically and creatively.

  • Comfortable speaking up and sharing your thoughts in person and in writing.

  • Curious about business and technology and want to constantly learn.

  • Have experience being on a team –– at school, at another job, or in the military.

  • Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage, and enable team members to reach a common goal, seek out answers, drive solutions and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.
