The program provides mentorship, formal learning, on-the-job training, and on-going coaching to help build skills with the opportunity to advance into a career with Accenture.
An “earn and learn” program providing:

A full-time, year long position with an opportunity to be retained at the end of the program.

Non-Bachelor's degree or has obtained a certificate or Associate's degree
Re-skillers seeking to enter an industry unrelated to their previous work experience.
The work:
Work closely with clients to learn how their business is working today.
Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas on how to improve business processes.
Join your teammates to dive into consulting projects, deliver new technologies and unique business solutions to world class clients.
Check out different cloud technologies that may be a good solution for the client’s need.
Analyze project statistics and business data to read the story behind the numbers.

Job Qualifications
Here's what you need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bonus points if you:
Can look at problems both analytically and creatively.
Comfortable speaking up and sharing your thoughts in person and in writing.
Curious about business and technology and want to constantly learn.
Have experience being on a team –– at school, at another job, or in the military.
Ability to adjust quickly and confidently when faced with change, engage, and enable team members to reach a common goal, seek out answers, drive solutions and get results, and follow through on what you say you’ll do, while also knowing when to ask for help.
