About the Role
We are looking for a team member to help with our increased demand for written content for Dan Martell's social media and newsletter. This person will be a motivated, successful writer looking to sharpen their marketing and content creation skills and collaborate closely with the Marketing Team. Responsibilities for this role will include sourcing, processing, curating, and editing content for various outlets. The ideal candidate will help to buy back time for our Creative Director, which will ultimately help Martell Media create better content and get more reach.
Here are the three primary components of the Content Writer role:
Sourcing and Processing: Within 90 days, take on the responsibility for sourcing and processing RAW backlog content pull insights, and repurpose content for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.
Curating: Within 90 days, deliver increased results and momentum from newly curated content and collaborate with the team in order to maximize our content quality and reach.
Newsletter: Within 90 days you will own content distribution on the newsletter + own monetization that will be tied to your compensation.
Experience and Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of professional writing experience
- Involved in growing newsletters for creators
- File organization and management
Preferred:
- Experience in the media industry
