Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials, including sales flyers, brochures, infographics, and other collateral through collaboration with the marketing team to understand the requirements of each project and deliver creative and effective designs.
  • Oversee that all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and maintain the company's visual identity across all materials from initial conception to final delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform editing, retouching and manipulation of images to prepare design for final output, such as print or digital distribution.
  • Maintain the organization of the design drive folders, ensuring all open artwork files and assets are clearly named/filed/accessible for all team members.
  • At times, participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and implement them in your work where appropriate.
  • Manage our CMS to upload marketing material for our sales force.

What YOU will bring to this role:

  • Post-secondary education in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop in a PC environment. You know how to design for web and print.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles, such as colour theory, typography, and layout, with the ability to apply solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others, while working well independently when necessary.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and ability to apply design principles to marketing materials.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-print production, and digital file development.
  • You act as a brand guardian, while being flexible enough to allow the brand to evolve.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively seeks solutions to problems and challenges.
  • Previous B2B design work experience considered an asset.
  • Being able to read and write in French considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML considered an asset.
