Contrôleur(E) Adjoint(E) / Assistant Controller

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

• Toutes tâches comptables pour préparer les états financiers de fin de mois et d'année : écritures GL, dettes, créances, immobilisations, régularisations et acomptes, écritures de paie, rapprochements bancaires.
• Prévisions, budgets, projections de trésorerie.
• Impôt sur le revenu et GST/HST, PST versements mensuels
• Rapports financiers à soumettre au siège social de l'entreprise à des fins de consolidation.
• Audit de fin d'année avec des auditeurs externes.
• Contrôle et analyse des stocks.
• Expérience dans un environnement de production, connaissance des nomenclatures (bill of material) un atout.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft, notamment Excel, Word et Outlook.
• Maîtrise des systèmes ERP, connaissance de Sage 300 un atout.

Bonnes capacités de communication écrites, parlées et d’écoutes, bilinguisme

Aptitude à mener plusieurs tâches dans un environnement au rythme rapide

Pro activement les demandes de détermination, les problèmes et autres questions à l'enquête

Capacité de planifier, et prioriser les tâches

Capable de travailler au sein d'une équipe

***************************************************************************************************************MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

• All accounting tasks to prepare month- and year-end financial statements: GL entries, payables, receivables, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments, payroll entries, bank reconciliations.
• Forecasts, budgets, cash flows projections.
• Income tax and GST/HST, PST monthly remittances.
• Financial reports to be submitted to the corporate head office for consolidation purposes.
• Year-end audit with external auditors.
• Inventory control and analysis.
• Experience in a production environment, bills of materials knowledge an asset.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, knowledge of Sage 300 an asset.

Clear written, spoken and listening communication skills required in both English and French

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

Proactively resolve inquires, problems, and other issues through investigation

Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize job duties

Capable of working as part of a team

Ability to maintain a friendly, positive demeanor

Mature, dependable capable of working with minimal supervision
