Contruction Labourer (FT)

Responsibilities:

• Basic carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Minor painting (touchups)
• Demolition
• Cleanup
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks
• Winter snow removal, training provided
• Other tasks as required by Management

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general repair; carpentry
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be ok with heights/working on ladders and aerial platform
• Use measuring tape, hand and power tools
• Trailer experience an asset
• Class 7N or 5 drivers’ license with a clean driver abstract
• Health and safety training an asset
• Self motivated and a good attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
