JOB DUTIES

· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

· Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

· Clean kitchen and work areas

· Monitor food quality and presentation

· Organize and manage buffets and banquets

· Manage kitchen operations

· Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres

· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

EXPERIENCE

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred

· Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

· Strong understanding of food safety practices

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
