As a culinary person, the care you devote to all aspects of food preparation will result in the creation of truly spectacular fare.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Produce the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
Assist in the preparation and service of all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
Provide fast and efficient guests services and respond quickly to all guests’ requests
Handle guest allergy concerns with appropriate care and importance
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
Ensure proper labeling, dating and storage of all items in the kitchen
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the culinary field is required
Red Seal for CDP & above positions
Understanding of knife use and safety requirements

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
