Coordinator/ Dispatcher

Golden Base Contracting is seeking to add a Coordinator/ Dispatcher.

We are seeking a self-motivated coordinator to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our trucking and construction divisions lining up and coordinating operators, labourers, equipment, and trucking for in house jobs and 3rd party work. This position will be located in Charlie Lake B.C Shift work can be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the organization
- Relay accurate information for billing and tasks completed in day to dispatch coordinator
- Answer phone calls taking work orders and managing the incoming projects
- Hiring operators, labourers, professional drivers and 3rd party contractors when necessary
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, and employees
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working with computerized systems and software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry knowledge and connections ability to generate trucking work when necessary
- Strong Understanding of Oilfield Construction, environmental and equipment and logisitics used onsite.
- Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role preferred.- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
