Description
The opportunity
- Coordinate, process and document all Inland Transportation related invoices and payments in a timely fashion.
- Maintain accurate fleet information in Canpotexs systems as well as with the railways and regulatory agencies.
- Verify the accuracy of freight, customs, railway ancillaries, leasing (including shop credits), storage and repair invoices, resolves disputes and escalates where necessary.
- Conduct a monthly audit and validation of all railway charges.
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders such as producers, terminals, railways, mine sites, etc., as well as collaboration with internal departments.
You have
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum one to two years experience in a supply chain role.
- Knowledge of logistics and rail industry practices would be considered an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
