- Identify new strategic partners and develop brand building relationships in new and existing markets, while managing the existing portfolio of corporate partnerships focusing on quality growth.
- Always looking ahead for innovative and strategic ways to support lululemon’s growth as a brand.
- Work cross-functionally with partners in Retail, Community, Brand Partnerships, and Product to understand and fulfill the unique needs of each of the markets in the area you are managing.
- Manage 400+ accounts that generate a total $10M+ wholesale per year ($20M+ retail).
- Lead the end-to-end management of the corporate partnership business including, but not limited to, application process, onboarding to order timeline, day-to-day account management, pre-buys, contracts, account closures, strategic pilots and initiatives.
- You work in close collaboration with the Program Manager and your peers on the Corporate Program strategy.
- Support the Key City strategy within North America by providing insights and recommendations and work closely with the Key City teams on a frequent basis to diversify portfolio.
- Works in collaboration with Senior Retail Director on area vision and strategy per market.
- Lead market planning conversations with cross-functional partners in community and retail operations to support store pipeline in new markets.
- Confidently track sales to report on business trends and responsible for a quarterly and yearly sales plan.
- Provide training on product, visual merch, buying and sell-through strategies to elevate your partnerships and our brand as applicable.
- Manage our brand integrity including pricing policy, web logo usage, A/R accounts as applicable and other terms as laid out in the lululemon corporate agreement (contract).
- Strategically plans and manages a budget of $10-15K per quarter / $40-60K annually.

- Willing and able to travel within the US and Canada (est. 6-8 days in market per month with air + overnight travel required)
- 5+ years of experience in a relationship management, sales or retail leadership role
- Experience and passion within the world of wholesale
- Ability to create and execute on a strategy
- You are an independent leader and self-sufficient; this is a field-based position
- You have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft 365
- Organized and able to manage calendars and travel schedules.
