Corporate Operations Support

Box Concepts Food Group is currently seeking a Corporate Operations Supportpersonto join our team. We are a franchise restaurant group which has stores across Canada operating as Wok Box, Taco Delhi, Tu Taco and Chubbs.

We are one of the few employers in Canada which boasts a 4 Day Work Week. However, in this position when training or travelling, the expectation would be to work all days and evenings as required. Non training and travel weeks, you would work Monday – Thursday from 7:30am-5:00pm in our Head Office in South Surrey, British Columbia.

In your role, you would be reporting to the Regional Director’s and be responsible for executing scheduled training initiatives for new franchisees and store openings. You would also be performing on site and remote location audits to ensure the operations of franchise locations are consistent with brand standards.

Extensive travel across Canada is required for this role. Conducting store openings and audits could be up to two weeks of travel at a time.

Responsibilities Include:

· The focus of this position will be conducting store openings, audits, new and existing Franchisee training in South Surrey and across Canada.

· Must also be able to perform administrative tasks in a timely basis.

· Attention to detail as well as time management are key components to this position.

Qualifications & Renumeration:

· Excellent at building relationships and helping others succeed.

· Experienced in the food industry with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.

· Able to travel as noted above to support the company initiatives.
