Adecco Professional has partnered with an established and dynamic design firm to help them find top talent for a Corporate Recruiter job opening in Toronto, Ontario. Please note this is a temporary positions for at least 6 months with potential to extend or become more. This is a busy, fulfilling and full-cycling recruitment position with a focus on supporting various hiring managers, teams and working locations. This position will have you taking initiative and ownership in driving successful recruitment from start to finish. Some of the responsibilities for the Corporate Recruiter job opening in Toronto, Ontario may include, but are not limited to:
· Consult and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and educate them on market trends; this can include assisting with job descriptions and expectations
· Creating and managing the job postings utilizing various resources and networks; this includes continuous networking to build partnerships with recruiting sources and building pipelines of talent
· Target recruiting to uncover alternate talent who may be ready for their next opportunity
· Full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting/scheduling meetings with hiring managers – mixture of roles as well as contract and permanent recruitment
· Administer and evaluate assessments where required and work closely with the HR team to ensure references/background screenings are sent and followed up on; this also include putting together formal offers and presenting verbally and in writing (at times in collaboration with the hiring managers)
· Onboarding and various other administrative and related functions as needed.
The qualifications for the successful hire of the Corporate Recruiter job opening in Toronto, Ontario include but are not limited to:
· At least 2 or more years of directly related experience in a full-cycle Corporate Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role
· Exceptional communication skills; both oral and written and this will be assessed
· Clear knowledge of employment and related legislation in Canada
· Strong technical skills in MS Office alongside CRM and/or ATS system experience
· High level interpersonal skills; someone who take pride in ability to recruit top talent and who is motivated on results
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting with various deadlines
· Self-driven and a team player; creative and outgoing
