What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Corporate Strategy Project Manager, you will help Deloitte’s top leaders solve their toughest problems and take advantage of Deloitte’s most significant market opportunities. You will be a thought partner, leading a team to perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and provide compelling points of view to senior Deloitte leadership around the world. Your insights will contribute to unique and challenging projects that build the future of the $64B global leader in professional services.

 

Examples of impactful work include:

  • Identifying emerging trends and analyzing white-space opportunities in the market to determine the potential impact on professional services 
  • Engaging with senior Deloitte leaders to shape and prioritize their strategy goals to grow and differentiate our business
  • Building capabilities to transform our firm across technology, talent, and financial readiness, and collaborating across businesses and geographies to effect change


Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Bringing a strategic mindset and structured approach to problem solving, motivated by intellectual curiosity
  • Leading rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses using tech-enabled tools to uncover insights and deliver recommendations
  • Developing a deep understanding of the professional services industry and broader business environment
  • Communicating your ideas with poise to stakeholders through effective written and oral communication
  • Managing projects and prioritizing workstreams for staff members with limited guidance and a commitment to quality under tight deadlines
  • Investing in the professional development of yourself and your team members, including those in India

About the team

 

Our team works with internal clients to shape and explore the impact of business drivers, supporting key global leaders in defining and enabling the Firm’s strategy.
 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

 

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Strategy related consulting or Corporate Strategy related roles in a global organization
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience leading robust quantitative analyses on large and complex sets of data
  • Experience pursuing structured and unstructured qualitative research
  • Experience with Tableau, databases, or other relevant tools preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Deep knowledge of industry and market business issues and emerging technology trends. Travel required up to 20%.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
    • Solving complex challenges in a self-directed manner using structured thinking
    • Developing frameworks to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
    • Creating narratives to guide stakeholder thinking and maximize impact
    • Prioritizing project team workload to translate stakeholder desires into actionable workplans 
    • Communicating ideas and concepts in a clear, logical way to firm executives
    • Cultivating trust among a variety of stakeholders internal and external to the organization

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
