An amazing, yet rare, opportunity currently exists for an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic team, in the role of Corporate Travel Consultant (CTC). This golden opportunity will provide the ideal bonus of being handed a fully groomed and already established portfolio of corporate accounts to manage and grow. In your role of CTC, you will work under the direction of the Operations Team Leader (OTL) and alongside the Sales Department to service your client portfolio of corporations and their travellers. You will be responsible for managing the Corporate Travel requirements of your clients from enquiry through to their arrival home including, but not limited to booking flights, hotels and rental cars.

This full time, permanent position will see you earn a competitive salary with uncapped commission opportunities, along with a full benefits package and travel perks. You will be provided with all the necessary tools to perform your duties successfully, including ClientBase CRM and Sabre GDS systems, and you will work remotely from the comfort of your own home. This role is structured on a 40hr working week based on a 9am to 5:30pm work day, Monday- Friday.

Sales Requirements

• Work with business executives and their Executive Assistants to arrange Corporate Travel requirements
• Provide the highest level of customer service before, during and after the client’s trip
• Perform pre and post sales tasks
• Leverage relationships to assist your Sales team in growing your client portfolio
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure effective client communication

General Administration & System Requirements

• Maintain clean and accurate records of reservations in both Sabre GDS and ClientBase CRM
• Maintain database of clients and ensure records are kept accurately up to date
• Maintain effective and efficient communication with the accounting department
• Attend and complete training where required
• Remote office in quiet space with reliable internet

Team Requirements

• Attend a monthly one-on-one with your OTL
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets as agreed upon with your OTL
• Provide assistance to other team members’ accounts when they are away from the office

Experience Requirements

• Successful candidates will have proven experience working with the Sabre GDS system; please do not apply if you have never worked as a Travel Agent or with Sabre
• Travel Agent work experience of at least 3 years as a travel consultant
• Exceptional history of customer serviced focus travel sales
• Experience working in Corporate Travel is an asset
• Ticketing experience is also an asset
