**Counter/Communications**
**Duties:**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
-Liason with other staff for scheduling
-Social Media Content Posting
-Able to take pictures or video as needed
-Schedule appointments for customers
**Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Proficient in using cash registers and computer applications
-Experience with Microsft 365 an asset
-Experience with Quickbooks an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
