```Duties```
Package Pickup: Collecting parcels, documents, or packages from designated pick-up points.
Package scan & load: scan packages barcodes to confirm they align with your designated route and are accurately loaded in the app for delivery.
Van Loading: Arrange and load packages methodically into the van to expedite retrieval during deliveries.
Route: Efficiently follow the delivery route on your app to ensure timely and organized drop-offs.
Safe Transportation: Safely transporting packages using company vehicles, following traffic laws and company guidelines.
Delivery: Handing over packages to the designated recipients or addresses, obtaining signatures if required, and ensuring proper documentation of delivery.
Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner when delivering packages, answering queries, and providing basic information about the delivery.
Communication: Maintaining communication with supervisors by providing timely check-ins, reporting delays, issues, or changes in the delivery schedule promptly.
Problem Solving: Addressing any delivery-related problems or obstacles, such as incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or damaged packages, and reporting them promptly.
Record Keeping & entry: Keeping accurate records of deliveries, including pick-ups and ensure this information is inputted daily by the end of your shift.
Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition, and reporting any mechanical issues.
Adherence to Safety Regulations: Following safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safe handling of packages, including proper lifting techniques and securing loads in the vehicle.
Adaptability: Being flexible to handle changes in schedules, unexpected delays, or additional pickups/drop-offs that may arise during the day.
