Summary of Duties:
· Day to day management of commercial parts and service revolving charge accounts for multiple locations.
· Assist with “Cash” transactions (non-account clients) when necessary.
· Review new credit applications using Equifax, Trans-Union, or when necessary Personal Property Registry reports to analyze applicants to award or deny credit and set limits.
· Review of service work orders daily to decide on placement of Garage Keepers Liens.
· Daily monitoring of A/R aging to manage collection activity.
· Regular customer correspondence including initiating collection calls and maintaining a follow up schedule to ensure all accounts are paid as agreed.
· Note all collection activity into in-house software.
· Process daily A/R payments including application of payments received to all charge accounts.
· Account reconciliations as required.
· Run Month end statements.
· Regular review and reporting of A/R aging with the controller. Alert controller immediately of any potential losses or high-risk scenarios as they arise.
· Works closely with all parts and service staff to streamline all sales in prompt and professional manor.
· Escalates any credit extension requests outside of authorized approval allowance to the next level.
· Meet with customers when required in the dealership.
· Management and maintenance of fleet accounts and payments.
· Occasional travel may be required 1 – 3 times per year to other branch locations (within in southern Alberta)
Requirements:
· Post-Secondary, Diploma or Certificate
· Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
· Attention to detail is a must.
· Strong organizational skills required.
· Proficient (Intermediate) in Microsoft Office; CDK knowledge a plus
· Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
· 5 Years minimum accounting experience.
· 5 Years minimum Credit experience (commercial truck or commercial equipment dealership experience is preferred).

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
