Were looking for a dynamic and business-minded individual to come on board as our Branch Manager to support our Fort Qu'Appelle and Lemberg branches. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically will play an essential role in leading your branch to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members needs.
Your time:
Recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering your branch leaders to ensure the teams delivery of world-class member advice
Providing your team with the knowledge and skills to meet members needs and positively impact their financial well-being, while inspiring the team to accomplish our overall organizational goals
Ensuring your branch delivers financial service solutions and alternatives that comply with both industry and operational policies and legislation
Frequent travel between both branches will be required
Your experience:
Broad experience within the financial service industry
Understanding and knowledge of how to find and provide needs-based sales solutions
A proven track record of developing people and teams
