CRM and Administrative Lead

Located in Vernon, BC, VO2 Master researches, manufactures, and sells the world’s first truly portable metabolic analyzer that makes athletes faster and improves weight development for everyone. We are seeking an experienced embedded system engineer to grow our development team. The successful applicant will work extensively in developing firmware, including implementing new hardware, writing unit tests, and validating test sets on our three lung simulators, in the wind tunnel, and even on human subjects. VO2 Master Analyzer consists of five circuit boards, many 3D-printed plastic parts all manufactured in-house, a Bluetooth connection to a phone app, and a complex code base requiring extensive algorithm testing and validation across a broad range of breathing inputs and environmental conditions. Understanding how these components work in unison is crucial in developing future product iterations.

About You:

You know that a well-run organization is a happy one. You deplore things that waste time and love efficient use of CRM and Administrative systems. You naturally see how you can develop processes for key sales and Administrative functions and automate them. You notice problems and opportunities and develop solutions. And you will jump into to learning the CRM, sales support, shipping, and financial processes of the company. You have attention to detail, are an organized person and learn CRM and other software applications quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM/Sales Support

1. CRM administrator, defining and overseeing CRM usage, training, and reporting

2. Sales support including organizing sales collateral and presentations.

3. Sales event scheduling and logistics (eg. Conferences, triathlons) and related travel.

Product Fulfillment

1. Communicate fulfillment timelines for clients.

2. Ship products and update financial records

Customer Support

3. Monitor product support inquiries and answer or route accordingly.

4. Warranty and component processing.

Financial and Administrative

4. Billing and AR processing complete with document backup storage, and uploading to QuickBooks

5. Expense administration. Defining process and overseeing timely completion.

Salary: $44,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
