CRS/Service Coordinator

Harlan Fairbanks, the leader in snack food and beverage programs, is looking for a long-term full-time Warehouse Associate for our Delta Branch on Annacis Island.

Responsibilities:

• Process equipment service-related orders

• Process telephone orders and email orders from customers

• Planning service staff dispatching to into the field and customer sites.

• Contact customers by telephone and email to ensure product needs are met.

• Respond to and professionally handle customer inquiries.

• Perform general office duties and other tasks as needed.

• Perform other material handling activities such as inventory counts.

• Inspect, code and route equipment to appropriate storage areas.

• May operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store goods.

• Keep the service dept. tidy, ensuring equipment and tools are placed in the correct location.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves, and workstations neat and orderly.

• Place and arrange parts stock in an orderly fashion and re-arrange as required.

• Provide sales support as needed.

• Purchase equipment parts

• Invoice service jobs and parts

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

• Must be able to read thoroughly, understand, and easily communicate in English.

• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining customer relations through efficient, professional customer service and improving service department teams targeted measures.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated positive team attitude as well as ability to work independently, and proven attendance record.

• Previous service experiences an asset

• Mechanical experience and working with tools are an asset.

• Desire and ability to progress through Service Technician levels.

• Good communication skills

Major Physical Demands:

• Load, unload and move products/equipment and materials by hand or using carts and pallet jacks from a storage location, trucks, or other conveyances.

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
